Sajnáljuk, lejárt a jelentkezési idoszak!

Student work: Our partner, who provides trainings for the automotive industry, is looking for a new trainee to perform mainly administrative tasks.

Working hours: min 30 hours a week, ideal 40 hours

Place of work: Budaörs, home office is possible with discussion

Salary:  1 765 HUF/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Helpdesk support,
  • Support in E-learning in production, Virtual Classroom training, Webinars or other learning solutions
  • Functional / Learning Management System (LMS) support,
  • Miscellaneous (e.g: Schedule courses, Sending the invitations to the network, Invoices to trainers, vendors, customer etc.)

Requirements:

  • Active full-time student status in Hungary (before 25 years you can be passive student too),
  • Fluent in English and or Hungarian / Slovenian, Serbian / Croatian, Bulgarian, Romanian, Czech / Slovakian,
  • Customer service orientation
  • Training administration
  • Accuracy
  • Learning Management system
  • Accountability / Ownership
  • Problem solving
  • Cross-functional collaboration mindset
  • Flexibility
  • Proficiency in e-learning software tools
