XAPT is a Budapest centered market leader business consultant company, providing Microsoft Dynamics ERP based business solutions, with subsidiaries all over the world. The company’s main focus is business consulting, implementation, development, customization of Dynamics ERP, CRM and BI solutions.

Working hours: min. 25 hours per week

Place of work: Budapest, XI. district

Salary: 1190 HUF/hour

Your main responsibilities would be:

• supporting the local Recruiters on positions on different seniority levels and domain (IT, finance, consultancy)
• handling incoming applications (CV screening, administration using the Applicant Tracker System)
• sourcing candidates using different databases
• writing job advertisement, managing them on the online platforms
• supporting in preparing recruitment related events

Requirements Education, experience:

• In progress studies in Information Technologies or Electrical Engineering
• able to work minimum 30 hours/week
• programming knowledge in: C# or C++ or Asp.Net
• good command of English, in both speaking and writing
• precise, self-sufficient, proactive attitude, constant motivation for learning and development, diligence, patience and endurance

What we expect from you:

• ongoing university studies
• ability to work 25 hours/week
• fluent English, both in speaking and writing
• experience in HR field is an advantage
• ability and willingness to work independently and take ownership
