
Student work: The key responsibility of the Parts Logistics Dealer Support is to process, verify and answer the requests from the retailers checking the internal BMW parts and logistics systems, mainly based on SAP. You will be the first point of contact to answer questions around parts logistics and availability.
Working hours: 30-40 hours a week
Start: as soon as possible
Place of work: Budapest 11th district
Salary: net 1900 HUF / hour
Responsibilities and duties:
- Be a point of contact for premium brand’s retailers.
- Process and answer the requests from the retailers thru a ticketing system.
- Responding to questions and issues around parts availability.
- Follow up and report the parts process from the order to the delivery.
- Collect parts pricing requests and collaborate with pricing department.
- Escalation and follow up of tickets around parts logistics matters.
- Provide support to resolve parts logistics issues in a timely manner, meeting the KPIs.
- Be a point of contact for premium brand’s retailers.
Requirements:
You are the perfect candidate if you:
- Have ongoing university studies (active student status)
- Fluency in English and German
- Interest in the automotive industry
- Experience in parts management is advantageous
- IT requirements: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP
- Attention to detail
