Student work: We are looking for a Logistics Trainee to join our team.

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global administration support to all AGCO global factories in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Publications, Marketing, Sales and Technical Services functions.

Working hours: min 20-30 hours a week

Place of work: Budapest 11th district

Salary:  1 500 HUF/hour

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Help manage transportations demands
• Contact Carriers and suppliers and help organizing bookings when needed.
• Support the day-to-day activities of Transportation Projects such as help with organization, preparation of reports, classification of transports and list of Materials to be dispatched.
• Develop and execute communications with internal Stakeholders and follow up when required.
• Work closely with various teams across the company to collect requirements for ongoing transportation projects within the EME organization
• Support to maintain systems with most up to date information about AGCO`s agreement with Logistic Service providers.
• Release tenders for logistic service via appropriate portal
• Prepare analytical reports (regular and ad-hoc) about progress of the projects and regular logistic

Requirements:

• Having ongoing university studies minimum for at least half a year
• Studies in Engineering and Business Administration is an advantage;
• Excellent oral and written communicational skills in English;
• Good Proficiency with Microsoft software (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and etc.);
• Basic knowledge about transportation and logistics;
• Ability to learn quickly;
• Ability to adapt to new situations and systems;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively;
• Ability to manage deadlines;
• Organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Proactive and solution-focused work style and attitude;
• Have good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Can work at least 20 hours weekly
