Student work: We are looking for an Accountant Intern to join our team with strong attention to details. This role will help with accounting during invoice management process and support the Finance team with in their daily work and assist in all office-related issues connected to accounting.

Working hours: min 20 hours a week for at least half a year

Start: as soon as possible

Place of work: Budapest 11th district, Alíz street and home office after training period

Salary: Gross 1 900 HUF / hour

Responsibilities and duties:
As AGCO’s Accountant Intern your responsibilities will be:

• To supervise common mailbox for invoices – distribute invoices via email and track
• To collect offline invoices from reception– distribute invoices via email and track
• To gather posted invoices online/offline from the responsible Accountant
• To write SAP number on the invoices
• To organize all invoices in ascending order
• To upload all the invoices’ details in certain excels
• To write given number from excel on them – 1/fiscal year etc…
• To scan all invoices the company receives
• To upload invoices to SAP and Sharepoint
• Help the office management and finance teams with office related SRM PO’s

Requirements:
You are the perfect candidate if you:

• Have ongoing university studies (active student status) – Finance-related studies are an advantage
• Are fluent in Hungarian and English (company language)
• Are well organized, pay attention to details, have great administrative skills and patience, able to prioritize workloads
• Have great people skills, can get along with people easily, as well have a willing and helpful attitude
• Have a good level knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word is required
• Can work at least 20 hours weekly
